You built this business for freedom.
But somewhere along the way, the business started running you.
Youâre the first one in and the last one out. Youâre replying to DMs at 10pm. Youâre skipping lunch, skipping holidays, skipping yourself, and the bank account still doesnât reflect what youâre putting in.
This isnât what you signed up for.
And you already know something has to change. You just havenât found the right support to make it happen.
You didnât start your salon to feel like this.
You started because you love the craft. Because you wanted freedom. Because you had a vision.
But somewhere between the long hours, the no-shows, the pricing guilt and the Sunday-night dread⌠you became completely burnt out and kind of resenting the business.
Â
SOUND FAMILIAR?
-
Youâre working harder than ever but still not paying yourself properly
-
You know you need to raise your prices, but the fear of losing clients keeps you stuck
-
Your social media is all over the place and you have no idea whatâs actually working
-
Youâre exhausted, burnt out, and wondering if this is just⌠it
-
Youâre managing people without a clear leadership plan, and it feels like chaos
-
Youâve googled âsalon coachâ forty times and still havenât pulled the trigger
THE THOUGHTS SHEâS ACTUALLY HAVING...Â
DOES ANY OF THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
âI love my clients. I love doing hair. So why does Sunday night feel like dread instead of excitement?â
- Her internal monologue
âI scroll past stylists who seem to have it all figured out - the brand, the following, the prices... and I wonder what they know that I donât.â
- Her internal monologue
âI keep telling myself Iâll sort the business side of things when things calm down. But they never calm down.â
- Her internal monologue
âI love my team but I feel like nobody listens, respects boundaries or takes accountability.â
- Her internal monologue
You donât need more hustle.
You need a better map.
The version of this career you imagined when you first started - the bookings you wanted, the money you deserved, the way you wanted to feel walking in on a Monday morning...
That version is still available to you.
It just requires a different kind of work - not harder.
SMARTER.
With someone beside you whoâs already built what youâre trying to build.
Right now, you're pricing from fear, not from worth.
But on the other side? You have prices that reflect your expertise and clients who say yes without blinking.
Right now, you're posting and hoping, with no real strategy.
But on the other side? Your content attracts the right people and converts into bookings.
Right now, you have a team who donât operate consistently, and youâre not sure how to get everyone on the same page
But on the other side? You lead a team that take ownership, follows systems and a salon that can confidently operate without you there
Right now, you're exhausted by Sunday, dreading Monday
But on the other side? You feel energised by your work again: you're leading with intention
Right now, you're amazing at your craft, invisible as a brand
But on the other side? You have a brand that speaks before you even open your mouth.
Right now, you're trying to figure it all out alone
But on the other side?
You're seen as a mentor, a structure, and you have a community in your corner.
Youâre still at the salon. . .
And youâre Googling content ideas.
Youâve swept the floor, confirmed tomorrowâs bookings, replied to the three DMs asking about your prices.
You open Instagram to post something.
Anything.
You sit there for twenty minutes, type something, delete it, close the app.
Again.
Your back aches. Your feet are done. You made decent money today, but somehow it never quite feels like enough. And tomorrow youâll do it all over again.
This isnât what you imagined when you decided to make a career out of something you love.
And you know, somewhere deep down, that something has to change.
Iâm not a coach whoâs never held a tint brush.
Â
Hi Iâm Kasey - a certified coach, NLP practitioner, and Australiaâs leading business coach for salon owners, with 20+ years in the industry.
Â
But before any of that? I was broke, anxious, and crying at my kitchen sink wondering if Iâd made the biggest mistake of my life.
Hereâs the version of my story most coaches would leave out:
I built this from nothing. No roadmap, no mentor, no safety net.
Just an obsession with the craft, a vision I couldnât shake, and a lot of learning the hard way.
I went from dead broke and running on anxiety, to building a team of 13 that Iâm genuinely proud of.
That didnât happen in a straight line. . . It happened through some of the hardest seasons of my life.
I had a staff member I trusted completely.
Someone Iâd poured my heart, time, energy, and belief into. She had access to my clients, my systems, and my reputation. And while I was busy working for the business, she was quietly working against it.
When I finally let her go, the damage was already done. Clients had been approached behind my back. My top clients were gone almost overnight. And then, months later, the TikToks started. Public. About me. While I was still trying to rebuild.
I had every reason to walk away. Instead, I made a different choice.Â
I decided that if I was going to survive this, I had to fix the leader: not just the business.
I went all in on myself. I invested in the right leadership programs, the right resources, the right frameworks. I built systems so airtight that when Iâm not on the floor, the salon runs exactly the way Iâd run it. I got clear on my values, my standards, and exactly who I wanted in my corner.
Today I lead a team of 13 who fully align with who I am and what I stand for.
Not because I got lucky - because I did the work to become the kind of leader people actually want to follow
And thatâs what makes me different from every other coach in this space.
Iâm not coaching from a highlight reel or a boardroom. I am still on the salon floor. Still in the thick of it. Still leading a team, managing the numbers, navigating the industry - and building this coaching business at the same time.
When I implement something new into my salon, my 1:1 clients implement it into theirs.
The resources, the templates, the frameworks I share?
I built them for my own salon first.
Theyâre not theory. Theyâre whatâs actually working, right now, in a real business.
Which is why I built coaching options at every level - from free resources, to plug-and-play courses, to deep 1:1 transformation - because I know that not everyone is in the same place, and everyone deserves access to the good stuff.
This isnât just about what you gain inside our work together.
Itâs about what you finally get to stop carrying.
Thereâs a seat for everyone.
Think of this as your personal coaching menu; Start wherever feels right, and grow from there.

"I don't have time for coaching"
Thatâs exactly why I built multiple entry points. You can start with the Mini Vault in your own time, join a networking event once a month, or book a single Hour of Power when you need it. Thereâs no version of this that requires you to add more overwhelm to your plate.
"I canât afford it right now.â
There are options here starting at free. I built this offer stack intentionally because I know what itâs like to want support but feel financially stretched. Start where you can. Grow when youâre ready.
"I've tried coaching before and it didnât work.â
Thatâs a story I hear a lot. Often the coaching wasnât industry-specific, the coach hadnât lived what youâre going through, or the container wasnât the right fit. Iâm not a generic business coach: Iâm a salon owner whoâs built what youâre trying to build. That changes everything.
"I need to think about it.â
Totally valid. But hereâs the honest truth: the longer you wait, the longer things stay the same. You donât need more time to decide... you need one thing to change. Start with the free masterclass and let that be your first step.
I know you love this industry with your whole chest. And I know itâs slowly taking more from you than itâs giving back right now.
Iâve been exactly where you are. Behind the chair, underpaid, overworked, and quietly furious that I couldnât figure out why. I built my way out: through strategy, coaching, and the decision to stop treating my business like a hobby.
And now I spend my days helping other women in this industry do the exact same thing.
You didnât choose hairdressing because it was easy. You chose it because you have a gift. And that gift deserves a business, a real, profitable, sustainable business, built around it.
Iâm ready when you are.
Not sure where to start? Take the quiz and get matched to the right level of support.
Or browse the offer stack above and trust your gut - because the woman reading this already knows what she needs.
She just needed permission to go get it.
