I’m not a coach who’s never held a tint brush.

 

Hi I’m Kasey - a certified coach, NLP practitioner, and Australia’s leading business coach for salon owners, with 20+ years in the industry.

 

But before any of that? I was broke, anxious, and crying at my kitchen sink wondering if I’d made the biggest mistake of my life.

Here’s the version of my story most coaches would leave out:

I built this from nothing. No roadmap, no mentor, no safety net.

Just an obsession with the craft, a vision I couldn’t shake, and a lot of learning the hard way.

I went from dead broke and running on anxiety, to building a team of 13 that I’m genuinely proud of.

That didn’t happen in a straight line. . . It happened through some of the hardest seasons of my life.

I had a staff member I trusted completely.
 Someone I’d poured my heart, time, energy, and belief into. She had access to my clients, my systems, and my reputation. And while I was busy working for the business, she was quietly working against it.
When I finally let her go, the damage was already done. Clients had been approached behind my back. My top clients were gone almost overnight. And then, months later,  the TikToks started. Public. About me. While I was still trying to rebuild.
I had every reason to walk away. Instead, I made a different choice. 
I decided that if I was going to survive this, I had to fix the leader: not just the business.
I went all in on myself. I invested in the right leadership programs, the right resources, the right frameworks. I built systems so airtight that when I’m not on the floor, the salon runs exactly the way I’d run it. I got clear on my values, my standards, and exactly who I wanted in my corner.

Today I lead a team of 13 who fully align with who I am and what I stand for.

Not because I got lucky - because I did the work to become the kind of leader people actually want to follow

And that’s what makes me different from every other coach in this space.

I’m not coaching from a highlight reel or a boardroom. I am still on the salon floor. Still in the thick of it. Still leading a team, managing the numbers, navigating the industry - and building this coaching business at the same time.
